Dear Colleagues:

Just a reminder that all MD4s that are walking must arrive no later than 6:15 pm (please do not forget your white coats). In addition, if you would still like to get a professional picture taken on stage, please bring 10 EC. Please tell either Owais or myself by 6:30 pm so we can relay that information to the photographer. The pictures will be 4×6 and you can get them right after the ceremony.

Dear Colleagues,

As most of you may already know, the MD4 Farewell ceremony will be taking place this Sunday December 7, 2008 at the Marriot Hotel’s Royal Banquet Hall.

The bus timings to the Marriot are as follows:

Morgan Heights – 5:30 pm
Limekiln – 5:30 pm
Birdrock – 6:00 pm

All MD4s that are walking must arrive no later than 6:15 pm (please do not forget your white coats). For all other attendees, the doors close at 6:45 pm.  Please note, that if anyone arrives after 6:45 pm they will not be permitted to enter the banquet hall nor will they be served dinner following the ceremony. Please note that formal dress is mandatory for this event.

For any non-Windsor guests, tickets can still be purchased at the door for $65 US.

In addition, after the ceremony, please join the graduates in celebrating their farewell at Sugars. Tickets are 10 EC at the door.

This semester’s MD4 Farewell Ceremony will be taking place on Sunday December 7, 2008 at the Marriot Hotel Royal Ball Room.  Please arrive no later than 6:15 pm as the ceremony will begin at 6:30 pm sharp. In addition, any late comers will not be permitted to enter the hall nor will they be served dinner.  Furthermore, all attendees including graduates, professors, students and guests must wear formal wear. Anyone not wearing formal wear will not be permitted to enter the hall. Finally, any guests (guest is defined as any non-WUSM student/faculty/admin) attending must purchase a ticket before Wednesday December 3, 2008 from Sana Aziz in MD4. Tickets cost $65 USD.
